How long will it take to get my order?

Each piece is carefully made by hand. Production time varies depending on the items you order. Please refer to each individual product description for an accurate time line. 

All orders are sent via USPS 2-3 days priority tracking but there is no signature upon delivery required. We do not ship to PO Boxes. Make sure your shipping location is secure. *We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or marked ''delivered'' shipments after delivery to the shipping carrier. *

Where is my jewelry? Where can I track my order?

Our personalized jewelry takes about 1-2 weeks to be made and ship after completion. Please message us about rush orders. We will do the best we can to get it delivered to you. Once your jewelry is produced, packaged and processed, a shipping confirmation is sent via email that includes your order tracking number. Tracking information is also available on our website to registered users under "My Account."
